Superintendent’s Welcome
Hello my name is Kris Einck, and I have had the opportunity to be the Superintendent of South Winneshiek Schools since July, 2016. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree from Iowa State University. I earned my Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership along with my K-12 Principal from Winona State University. I obtained my Superintendency Licensure from the University of Northern Iowa.
Prior to becoming Superintendent at South Winneshiek, I served in administrative roles as:
- PK-12 Principal at South Winneshiek School District in Ossian and Calmar, Iowa.
- High School Principal and Athletic Director at Clayton Ridge School District in Guttenberg, Iowa.
Prior to becoming an administrator, I was assistant technology coordinator at the Prairie du Chien School District in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin for one year. Then I taught agriculture education at the Riverdale School District in Muscoda, Wisconsin for five years. I was the FFA advisor and coached football and softball as well.
