Parent Teacher Conference Scheduler

2019 Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday November 5th and Thursday November 7th  from 4-8 p.m.  Conferences will be 10 minutes in length.  Reminder, it is not necessary to sign up for every teacher - only the ones you would like to discuss your child's progress with.

You can now go to the same links on a iOS and Android phones and tablets . The Web pages will be formatted for mobile instead of needing to zoom in to see what the text was on the pages before.

Directions

In order to use the online Parent Teacher Conference scheduler, you will need to know your JMC Parent password. If you don’t know this, or have not set one up, please call Kenda at 562-3226 to get the password for the online PTC Scheduler and get a JMC Parent password set up.

  • Go to https://www.myschoolsystems.com/s-winneshiek/elemms
  • Click on Parent
  • Type in your child’s First and Last name in the respective boxes
  • Type in your JMC Parent password in the password box. If you don’t have one or have issues logging in, contact Karen at 562-3226 or email kschroeder@swinn.k12.ia.us. Once signed in, click on the Schedule button to the right of your student’s class.
  • Choose a time from the available listed times.
  • Click Schedule Time Button and repeat for all classes you would like to have a conference with.
  • If you need to cancel or change times, you can click on the Schedule button to the right of the class, and choose a different time or click Cancel appointment with this teacher. Make sure to click on Schedule time or your selection will not be saved.
  • You can print your appointment times if wanted and can have email reminders of your appointment as well

Parent Teacher Scheduling Instructions

This year our high school will be scheduling parent teacher conferences online! Starting Monday, January 21, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. you will be able to log into our school scheduling site and select a time to meet with your child’s teacher. The instructions below outline the process to follow. If you have any questions or do not have internet access please contact the school office at: 563-562-3226 for help scheduling your child(ren)’s conference.

  1. Log on to: https://www.myschoolsystems.com/s-winneshiek/highschool/
  2. Enter your student’s first and last name in the boxes (you must log in for each individual student)
  3. Your password is your JMC password. If you do not remember your password, click on the “Forgot Password” button and it will e-mail it to you. If you don’t have a password, please contact the school for a school assigned one.
  4. Click on Login
    1. Once Logged in you will see a listing of your student’s teachers/classes
  5.  Click on the schedule button next to the teacher that you would like to schedule a conference with.
  6. You will see a listing of times that this teacher has available.
  7. Click on an empty circle next to the time you wish to schedule
  8. Click the Schedule Time button at the bottom of the page and you are finished with that appointment.
  9. After you are finished scheduling for your child, you can enter your e-mail address to receive a reminder about your scheduled conferences
  10. If your family circumstances require you to have separate conferences, please contact the office to have a second account set up.
EL MS PT Conferences Parent Instructions
