South Winneshiek High School will host their annual Veterans Day Assembly on Monday, November 11, at 10:15 a.m., in the high school gymnasium. Local Veterans will be recognized and there will be a presentation of quilts by Decorah Quilts of Valor. The South Winneshiek choir and band will be performing patriotic pieces.
All local Veterans are invited to attend the assembly. There will be coffee and rolls served for Veterans beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the high school cafeteria.
