Board of Education Special Board Meeting Agenda
October 22, 2019
The South Winneshiek Community School District held a special board meeting on October 22, 2019. The meeting was called to order at 4:30 by board president Wendy Mihm-Herold.
After the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, roll call took place: Present: Don Schroeder, Patricia Schissel, Corey Meyer, and Bob Busch. Wendy Mihm-Herold was present by phone.
Moved by Busch and seconded by Schroeder to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Meyer and seconded by Schissel to approve the change order to add air conditioning to the Thomas Built bus that was approved on October 14 at a cost of $1111 for a total cost to the bus of $113,067. Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Busch and seconded by Schroeder to approve the purchase of three computers for the business office of $7050.72 from Dell. Motion carried unanimously.
Announcements: Next regular meeting is November 11, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Calmar board room.
Moved by Busch and seconded by Schroeder to adjourn at 4:45 pm. Motion carried unanimously.
