Congratulations to our FOUR state qualifiers!!! Josie Hageman led us off by making the finals at 110 to be SW’s first ever girls’ state qualifier, Kaydn Meyer became SW’s first ever regional champion and qualified at 120, Isabelle was our second champion at 190 with another win over a ranked opponent in the finals. To cap it off, Maddy Jansen (a first year wrestler) at 135 came through the backside winning 4 straight and wrestling a whopping 6 matches today. She went 5-1, avenging that lone loss to finish third and punch her ticket to state!
